What doom............what gloom?!

What doom............what gloom?!
Looks like the doom and gloomers getting a little humble pie the last little while. Far be it for me to get ahead of myself, because it just has a way of slapping you upside the head when you least expect it, but in case you been hiding under a rock of late, we are actually putting on a nice little move here of late. We are also doing it in a seasonally weak period. I think the rate cut chatter has finally become not only believable but also quite evident.

Lots of headwinds remain both for economy as well as this sector specific so I wouldn't just yet go out and purchase your new yacht. That being said, we are not only playing a little catch up to the U.S. reit sector which is a bit overdue but also coming up to and in cases breaking out of some pretty interesting levels here. There is a ton of news and data coming up here so it will be quite interesting to see how we fair but for now, it remain, "bottom left to upper right".

Sorry T.J. I know this is not something you like to see but I am also sure no one is getting out over their ski's at this point neither.
