We all know the small print in press releases, which basically say that prospects of success etc. cannot be guaranteed. But that is not the point. The point is that IC always made statements in press releases that were intended to give the impression that success was imminent. Statements like: "before the summer" or "just around the corner" etc. These statements, which always turned out to be incorrect, enticed many investors to invest money in this stock or to increase their invested capital in this stock. Ultimately, these statements are lies. Because IC cannot be so stupid that he would not have known that success was not imminent. Lies to pump money into the investor or to stay involved in the stock. IC has always failed. That is also a fact. Because I have never seen an Eesu. Did it even exist? I have also never seen a capacitor that could have been commercially successful. If there had been a capacitor that had a chance of being marketed commercially, the relevant capacitor manufacturers would have fought over it to get it. After all, what manufacturer wants to miss out on a commercial advantage? It was claimed (BKK said so) that two Chinese manufacturers had apparently shown interest. So why did IC never name the Chinese manufacturers? So did they even exist? Now at FP I see a certified system, but they simply forgot to obtain two licenses that are necessary. Likewise, the Hieb.... land was not properly prepared for the construction of the plant. These are all failures that are solely FP's responsibility. Failures that should not have happened. Then in mid-June there was a press release stating that the second tranche of the capital increase would probably be received by around the end of June. This statement again turned out to be unfounded. Because now it is almost the end of August. About two months later, the second tranche has still not been closed. But IC has made statements like the one mentioned above over and over again. It's no wonder that nobody believes him anymore. The farmers will have noticed by now that IC always makes dubious statements. They will also have found out about his agenda. So why should they invest in something that they don't yet know whether it actually works the way IC and his management claim? Incidentally, the continued lie to keep investors or to persuade them to invest indicates fraud. And if I use claims like "before the summer" etc. over and over again, despite knowing better that this is not the case, to generate capital for the company and ultimately for myself, then I am in the area of fraud. After all, IC also receives a certain kind of salary. Please excuse me if I am wrong here. IC should have refrained from paying his salary until the project had been brought to fruition. So you see, even if the project fails, IC and his family have not lost out, because they always had a salary during the Feel good cars/ Zenn/ Eestor/ FuelPositive period. I am very unhappy about my investment, which is not too small. I know that the large amount of money I put into this failed project is lost. Selling the shares is no longer worthwhile. The price has eroded too much. It is the spark of hope that keeps me and others investing. The many capital increases, together with IC reprehensible statements, have caused the share to go to zero and expropriated us more and more. Further capital increases will not be possible at this price. So begging is pointless. FP is likely to run out of money in September. Only a reverse split is possible. And that will be the death blow for FP. I would like to thank IC, who misled us all so badly and cost us a lot of valuable time in our lives, in addition to the lost capital. If IC had been more cautious and careful with his statements, I could not blame him. But I hope that one day he will be punished for his actions. And yes, we were all too gullible. Unfortunately, we fell for this "never-ending story". Of course I hope that I am wrong and that the price will recover massively. But that will most likely remain just a dream. You know, I would immediately apologize to IC if he could credibly demonstrate that the statements he made in his press releases were not made against his better judgment. Unfortunately, none of his daring claims have turned out to be true. So what should I think of him, of IC? For me, the only conclusion that remains is that it is an instrumentalized lie.
