IF a bulk buy comes in, the client may suggest a discount - at which time TEI may review the site and propose a price based on installation difficulty.

I expect a customer may  'say what can you do to improve energy efficiency at this site'.  A PDA is required to clarify the options, such as bundling smaller products into a custom job and re-piping between heat source and heat sink.  Various sites have different configurations.

Remember TEI has focused on smaller jobs and applications other larger companies do not want/persue.  Hence the additional engineering staff.
