Albeit the official short position status doesn't often reflect the true position. Personally I don't believe this is news specific for LAC, more lithium may have based and stocks are all the bombed out. IF we get both news, assuming good of course and a lithium turn then LAC's bounceback will rip your face off. I'm about 70/30 in favour that this may happen. Would expect a backtest to $2.70 before but perhaps a quick 'fake break' a little lower before this happens.
