Per Diem segment and bill 10

Per Diem segment and bill 10 From md&a : 

As a reminder, both our Per Diem businesses ( Placement Premier Soin and Code Bleu) operating exclusively in Quebec with most of their clients located in metropolitan areas. According to bill 10 starting in October 2024, healthcare institutions in metropolitan areas are no longer permitted to use independent labour. Unless rules are amended, the per diem agencies will need to focus on new regions.
