These executives that can't execute and still have a job

Why is that ? They have never executed anything correctly in the last 4 years, if not 5. NOTHING.
Yet, they are still in place? Their asses would be kicked hard would they have been in a real pharma company. Embarassing, don't you think? The executives are milking 4-5 million dollars a year in compensation. 5% of sales. Crazy.
