Trying too hard?  I'm just trying to protect my investment by anticipating what might happen in 3 weeks with AC and ALPA.

What isn't being reported correctly and is being missed by most commentators is that the ability of the government to intervene changed drastically in 2015.  I'm not a lawyer but have read extensively on this and it's not as cut-and-dried as is being reported.  

Maybe it all works out but this is a discussion forum so what's the harm in discussing?

I think there's more to come - don't think it's the slam dunk some seem to think but, hey, we'll see soon enough.  The government is under extreme pressure to "do something" but the CIRB has the job of enforcing the law.
