Thanks CarlCag...  I'd like to learn more on the "no tech" and "undisclosed debt" topic.  Curious  on the departures of CTO (who?) and then board member... now CFO.  Do you have any insights to share to us shareholders wondering about the chance to maximize (not minimize) our investment? Do they have any money? Do they have any D&O insurance?  ...  Seems a bit of high risk for those remaining including the recently departed CFO.  Who's in charge?  Anyone?
