RE:RE:RE:Yet another material event?Can anyone explain why VOYA or any one woukd loan $500 dollars to towards building Sage Ranch?  Why's this water thing talked about like it's a big deal when it isn't., Jeff doesn't even have a construction co, lined up and no one would do anything unless he's paid up front .  How far do you think this thing wil get?
