RE:Question for experienced traders / well informed people

RE:Question for experienced traders / well informed peopleWell, what causes the price of any metal to rise and fall, first is the number of USD needed to buy the metal.  USD falls, copper prices should rise, but more importantly is the supply/demand situation and the perception of a future surplus or market deficit.

However, what causes the greatest volatility and the least qualifiable is nothing more than raw speculation based solely on exposure and promotion, and each of these influences vary up and down according to a diverse set of circumstances, at times reenforcing each other, and at others in opposition.

Bottom line volatility equals uncertainty.
