RE:Paredo and more drilling Planned for Canalaria

RE:Paredo and more drilling Planned for CanalariaIt is interesting but not surprising that Butia and Cerrito discoveries were both located from previous artisanal surface workings.....and now they are drilling another such discovery ,Paredo.

In addition , the recent Vila Marieta gold discovery also within old surface workings ,is believed to be
the southwest surface extension of the Cerrito Gold Deposit.

Those ubiquitous historic artisanal surface mines are also located within the gold in till anomalies.

Taken together, its beginning to look like these old surface mines are virtual calling cards as places to find.... beneath and around them ..their bedrock sources for surficial gold which seems ..by the few deepest drills ..to extend to at least 600 meters .

Being quasi epithermal orogenic in origin, it's quite possible that the source nodes extend to 2000 meters or so.

For example, the massive Detour mine in the Red Lake District , with an average grade of 0,83 grams per meter ,and one of the largest mines in Canada , extends to well over 700 meters and very profitable..
