What you post is your opinion and only your opinion without regard to any other viewpoints. Here are a couple possible scenarios that you overlook and, if triggered, would cause those whom you have scared away to suffer opportunity losses. 1) The JV is consummated and is favorable to IAUX 2) Nevada is a preferred jurisdiction for mining. As such, at some point, Ewan & the boys will realize that they do not possess the experience nor the patience to develop the overall project ( Canadian pronunciation) themselves and either JV the entire project as a whole OR, sell outright.
That said, there are reasons why it would be beneficial to invest in IAUX. While the narrow viewpoint that you espouse is a possibility, it is not the only one. Why not have a balanced view?
