i-80 Gold Corp. is a mining company. The Company is a gold and silver producer engaged in the exploration, development and production of gold, silver mineral and poly-metallic deposits. Its operations include Lone Tree, Ruby Hill, Granite Creek and McCoy-Cove. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Lone Tree and Buffalo Mountain gold deposits and Lone Tree processing complex (collectively, the Lone Tree Project). The total land package of the Lone Tree property consists of approximately 12,000 acres. The Ruby Hill Project is an advanced-stage development project with residual heap leach production, located within the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend. Yo muttonhead666Have you considered for a moment that what you post here could be disadvantageous to some folks here. What you post is your opinion and only your opinion without regard to any other viewpoints. Here are a couple possible scenarios that you overlook and, if triggered, would cause those whom you have scared away to suffer opportunity losses. 1) The JV is consummated and is favorable to IAUX   2) Nevada is a preferred jurisdiction for mining. As such, at some point, Ewan & the boys will realize that they do not possess the experience nor the patience to develop the overall project ( Canadian pronunciation) themselves and either JV the entire project as a whole OR, sell outright. 

That said, there are reasons why it would be beneficial to invest in IAUX. While the narrow viewpoint that you espouse is a possibility, it is not the only one. Why not have a balanced view?
