Facts are required.  You don't get all the facts on things that are important to you.

Longs can be losers, if important facts that have a negative impact on a corporation are disclosed after they had made the investment.

Shorters are winners if facts having a negative impact on the corporation are disclosed, are significant, and come as a surprise to everyone.

You get that?
