The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

S&P 500 P/E ratio

Is getting back to frothy levels and at 29.3 times earnings. Numbers don't lie and the story is more about a multiple expansion than an earnings expansion. The latter is more fundamentally bullish for the stock market and the former is
more speculative.
