I don't understand why WEED is not made at $10.00 or $12.00

What's the problem with CIBC holding cannabis stocks down? All markets are up sharply and even bitcoin is up sharply and even oil. So what do you do to always want to buy lower, these illogical ones when we know very well that CGC, WEED, ACB, TLRY and OGI should be on a strong rise towards the dark because the markets have new record increases. I would like to know who controls cannabis stocks. ????????????????????? Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
