RE:A bigg thing3600 ac feet annually pumped out.. the pumps from the NV Scemats on epik/yesterday - hav oor need 3200 volts to start the pumps.. for several months the water was diverted to Wabuska.. i could drive by and see the marsh that formed - small lake - on the map as a dry gulch.. the thermal trenched under the road and filled the two recharge basins out in front ot the thermal / eventuallu the thermal plant was turned bal on..
the diversion water under the control fo the Yet Water Reclaim Distrik - look like it or the old wabuska diversion was was diverted to the new onion fields.. i saw 8 inch pvc being laid 4 the drip irrigation.
the mine went under two aquifers.. i don't think they can or want to shut the water flows off,
otw - there is an over fluw past 83% of utilization that is sold bak to the power drids. also listed yesterays epik...
