TMX will flow 1 million barrels 
the Permian is shifing its oil gas ratio...up 300% since 1918... and is not making more oil 

Asia will pay more ... and the US will understand that with out Canada it has no energy independence

thats called leverage ... will Canada be too dumb to use it ???    we will see
