So who are the organized buyers of 6 million PYR shares?

Since the trust has been unwinding over the last few years the question I've posed to the filo pastry posts " just who are continually buying??? Filo and the flying monkeys have never posted a concise answer. 

I know it's not ( retail) ma and pa Kettle that saw some lightning and went looking for some Plasma stocks with a man named Jed.
PYR is completely under radar right now IMHO except for longs
Any guesses???
