The first tranche is in....& my hope is the 2nd (& bigger) tranche will be tied to the BTD milestone.  Smart/more sizeable money has become much more data-driven than before & a BTD should open friendlier doors for either equity or debt financing...imo, the latter being more preferable when we are much closer to the commercial or revenue stage (i.e. post AA).   If there are no data delays & all is executed properly with tightened/tightening purse strings, I think we can avoid another cheap PP before BTD.  JMO...
