P/E has had many opportunities to increase and strengthen shareholder value , he has refused to release any information that will help..He has flooded the market with millions of (side deal), below market shares .We need someone who is working with investors instead of against them. The market manipulation has now become normal to his investors. We need a leader who will take care of the investors, just like the investors have taken care of Xtract One. Vote no on any and all P/E and board recommendations.
