With interest rate coming down in September

With interest rate coming down in September

A 6.9% yearly dividend at current stock price of 63.03 is an attractive entry point. Dividends are paid twice a year for a total of 4.35 per share.

I would think that we could also see the stock price to grow with time  versus interest rate progressive reduction. This 6.9% will then be reduced on a percentage basis if it remains at $4.35 per year.

at one point strong companies with strong dividend will be rewarded.....
