Wrong, the primary objective is not to incorrectly affect price because if it did, the buying and selling between institutions would increase the share price and cost artificially to them.

This is why volume on these exchanges are not consider meaningful. That's the point bonehead.....meaningless....but keep deluding yourself and thinking otherwise.
