He lies, with his statement he bought this year $546K of shares, when in fact he acquired the shares last Feb 2024 due to a debt conversion that was owed to him (Paper Invoice) and which he did it again in July 11th release and converted another $306K dollars to insiders based on that new release. On March 8th release he announced Stock Options to management including himself total of 2.4 Million share options and lets not forget on August 14th release he announced a massive Stock Option to management of 8.8 million share options..continuously increasing shareholder dilution currently to roughly 250 million outstanding shares with a careless attitude and blatant disregard for retail investors. This CEO is a disgrace, seeing all of his actions to benefit him personally financially and profit from vulnerable investors. What game they play with their paid promotions and lie and deceive.
