Just a by-product
If you read Guytorules posts about THE GUY-Arthur Halleran or Master of Dilution, you get the impression that gas and oil are just a by-product of hidden warrants and stock haggling. My respect for a CEO who is constantly turning the cogs of a company's financial base diminishes considerably. TCF seems to be on its way to becoming a lifestyle company.
