It is my understanding that Talisker
(Which was Sable Resources, at the time), were called in, by Westhaven, for their expertise, to assist Westhaven in finding the source of the gold mineralization.
They had been attempting to pinpoint the source but were unable to do so for over 10 years prior.
I may be a little off on this but that is the way it was put to me back in the days when this occurred.
(Maybe 2018-2019 timeframe.)
It is my view, no fault can be put on Sable/Talisker for having the foresight to initiate, implement and carry out the expedient measures to stake whatever amount of surrounding land that they could possibly get their hands on.
As the sayings go:

Anybody or everybody had the same opportunity to do what was done regarding the largest land stake in BC's history, especially Westhaven!
Unlike some others here, I am open for discussion and more than willing to be corrected if I'm wrong.
But, that being said, please come with something to back it up, not be thin-skinned, not throw a tantrum and having truthful statements stymied or removed because they may not agree with your beliefs or outlook.

A TOTAL SHAME & INJUSTICE...
So, if you no longer see me here you will know why.
My morals, character, fabric, & integrity will not allow me to sit/stand idly by while someone knowingly or mistakenly puts out false or misleading statements that may be read by newbies or existing investors which may damage their ability to make a well-rounded, or more educated investment decision.
Realizing that investors should do their own due diligence and not base any investment decisions soully on a bullboard post, there are some who use the boards to add to their cumulative DD in assisting them or incorporating it into their final decision-making process.
I have used these bullboards and Stockhouse for over 20 years and in many cases have gleaned insight and valuable information from other investors on many different occasions.
I really do not need to be here but actually enjoy the sharing of ideas or a good open discussion/debate on different topics, viewpoints or outlooks.
But as I see it, that is quickly becoming a thing of the past, to the detriment of all involved.
It is really too bad when some resort to spiteful behaviors to try and get opposing viewpoints, or factual information, I might add, removed from the board to prevent others from reading both sides.
I am not a believer in the whole
'my truth' thing that seems to be the goto statement these days.

THE TRUTH
Everything else are simply mere opinions.
Why does everything have to be a battle?
What happened to hearing people out or being open to hearing all sides and views on issues and situations before people just want to take their ball and bat and go home?
Why do people desire or relish in harming others or damaging reputations out of spite, malice, for some kind of twisted fun, or simply because they believe they can.
