This is concerning because anyone who is looking ay actuals can see this "success" and it isn't looking good. I mean pretty obvious to most of you right? I would love this asset to grow but it diesn't look very promising at all unfortunately and to say you intend to replicate that very same "success" to other projects doesn't make anyone want to sink more money into this.
