Rick Rule says that one (!) of the 4 deposits alone is already worth 2.5bn, plus the infrastructure with a replacement value of at least USD 1bn. This brings us to market valuations of 3.5bn plus.

That means minimum 7 x to today!

Rick Rule:

"I have a high degree of confidence in Ewan and their joint venture partners Newmont and Barrick"

Did something slip out of his mouth?

Listen to it yourself. It only takes 1 minute:

No he did not say that one of the deposits is already worth $2.5 Bn.  That is utter nonsense.
What he said was that he cannot rank IAU a 4 because it does NOT meet his criteria of one of the deposits having insitu valu in excess of $2.5 bn. That is what he said.
