about the same time the judge deemed the Credit Comish Interm Status and sealed the transcripts..

the final order by the comittie was approval under the stipulated bidding rules laid out in day one...

RGGS has filed they/SH are not bondable under A&M Best bond surety which here requires a A+.

the bonds are not transferable - the SH filed on day one thie did not need any bonds nor would they assume or purchase them..

who says the bonds are not transferrable..  BLM and the State..  kinda silly.  but lets just assume the SH does not need anyting past the 128M$ and a pair of bolt cutters..

and why all of the rooting 4 the gang sitting in the dark alley w push knives..

the last thing after blowing the PDF files up to 200% - ReDING THESE.. IS NOTING THE NEW ATTORNEYS WHO COME aFTER THESE FILINGS ON THE BATTERY GUYS...

search them.. they are local court house litigators...
