RE:Question for the boardI'm going to guess that the shares you are considering selling will be sold at a loss, and since the pp will close less than 30 days after you sold those shares at a loss, you won't be able to declare that loss for income tax purposes. I wouldn't be surprised to see TLT trade as much as 4 cents below the pp price.
