This Fiscal Year OutlookIn the first 9 months of F23 , 19,500 ounces were produced at an average grade of 1.62 grams .
That should increase to at least 25,000 ounces when Q4 reports.
This, despite continous commissioning problems that saw average grades fall well below the expected grade of 2 grams per ton.
Had grades matched FS levels, F23 production would have been 35,000 ounces .
That would have made F23 a stellar year, warranting a share price well above 25 cents.
Documentation shows that most of these early production snaffus should be solved in F24.
Getting the mining operation into the full sulphide resources will solve a lot of the grade problems.
Mechanical problems seems close to full solutions .
So, with those caveats, 50,000 ounces seems a reasonable achievement for F24.
We have a solid balance sheet and with gold above $2500 US, F24 should be the long awaited break out year.
