Gold Reserve Ltd., formerly Gold Reserve Inc., is an exploration stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing mining projects. The Company owns certain wholly owned mining claims known as the LMS Gold Project (the LMS Property), together with certain personal property. The LMS Property is situated approximately 20 kilometers (km) north of Delta Junction, and 150 km southeast of Fairbanks, Alaska in the Goodpaster Mining District. The LMS Property, located in Alaska, remains at an early stage of exploration with limited annual on-site activities being conducted by the Company.

RE:RE:RE:RE:SellersThis is an issue with any company whose stock is arguably undervalued. I'm glad I don't have to sell GRZ today but I understand there may be people who do.

BTW, now clear Elliott Investment Management is in the lead position re Citgo. Too bad because I think the best upside for GRZ was in winning the auction (though always dependent on price paid, of course).

But one good thing. If Elliot's bid is higher than GRZ's then we know for sure that it will be high enough to guarantee GRZ's $1+ billion ICSID award will be paid in full. (This is why GRZ HAD to put in a bid.)

Should come, after all expenses, to around US$6.50 (or C$9.00) per share.
