CEO's do things for a thousand reasons that we will never know, but this press release smells of panic or knee jerk reaction more than Strategy. Why announce a 20% staff cut, even if you are dumping your ballooned 5G development team that is no longer needed. It should be a note in the quarterly financials. If they are worried about the stock price dropping, where is it going to go?

Get some fresh eyes on the situation to run it!
