Departure of a Director

Departure of a DirectorA sudden departure of a director from WW today. Not a good sign a few days from quarterly financials. When was the last time they had a PR announcing a sale?. It's been a while. I am guessing another poor quarter with the probability of a RS in the not too distant future.
