Total 30-33M Cash, nearly half the trading market cap. 

There was no debt on these 2 properties.

These are some of the lowest valued properties in MPCTs portfolio, and leaves MPCT with very little office (other than sussex and Zibi). MPCT should be considered a Toronto/Ottawa area residential rental reit.
