"one class is optimal"??? GREAT....don't buy DCS companies then...it's simple, vote with your wallet.
On the other hand if you CHOOSE to buy a company with DCS structure....quit whining that YOUR company has a DCS structure.... What the heck is your problem? Got nobody to talk to?
