not so sure about the many investors bit. Most of the investable Canadian companies have multiple preferred tranches (big banks, pipelines, integrated O&G, and my absolute favourite Fairfax). There are very few solid Canadian investment opportunities.
Certainly more interest in the regular a shares following this announcement. Long suffering regular shareholders in this company deserve a break. This has been a terrible dog. Good luck to them going forward.
