National chart comment on Reits.

National chart comment on Reits. The S&P/TSX REIT index broke out of a one-year base to reverse its bear trend since early 2022. Recent strength rallied this index above both its moving averages as it breaks a declining trendline. An upside breakout across 162.50 completed a one-year base and targets 185.00. Relative underperformance in this sector since 2021 is improving and should continue with the upside breakout.
