I think the stock sale was done professionally and with minimal disruption to the market price. There's no way in heck that this institution would purchase such a large block of stock without knowing something more tantalizing than what we retail have access to. Perhaps they saw some core at Buese?
Fact of the matter is, they wouldn't have been able to buy 1 million shares on the open market without really moving the price up.
It's a win win for all of us.
