RE:Joe Mazumdar - YT - VG Eagle @9:30

RE:Joe Mazumdar - YT - VG Eagle @9:30No, negligence in running the mine while taking excessive risks to try and improve a mediocre production numbers causes a heap leach failure.  The govt or FNNND have every right to do what they feel is needed moving forward  post failure.  They let VG and John play in the sandbox essentially without obstruction and overbearing control.  He F'd up.  This is not on the govt or FNNND.  Sorry that may not line up with certain shareholders.  JM w/ little cute mass distrubuted email of " i am having a blast and on to the next adventure smiley face smiley face'  encapsulates perfectly the attitude for him and his team for years here.    flippant and smug and carefree about the damage that ripples across hundreds of familys, the yukon mining indusrty and for that matter possibly across Canada, more restriction higher reclaimation bonds/funds. etc.

Talks to FN consulting.  Bad FN relationships results in no mining.
