Cool. Everyone speaks as if PYR owns half of that HPQ subsidiary but the press release speaks only of intent and not of the concluded deal.

Probably best to wait on Bernard Tourillon to close the loop on this one instead of Tourigny. Odd that he never talked about the expected conclusion of that deal when talking about PYR in so many videos.

We always learn something new in terms of details. I thought the conversion is already completed and there were no additional $ considerations.
