You are hilarious..using regular financial ratios on a company that doesn't earn money yet? current ratio is meaningless now...it would be bad if we were a producer for 10 years and had minimal cash and huge debt...when you are building out resources and feasibility studies the only option is burning money and usually debt...until the gold starts really pouring or you sell the company...financials are mostly meaningless..they are spending a lot but that is why the JV deal will relieve a big pain point and they might sell off some assets or JV deals on other assets....



Meaningless????  Financial ratios apply to any company.  Explorer or producer. Ratios act as an indicator of the financial health of a company.  What it clearly shows is company does not have ability to meet cash demands required for the next year.  JV deal is there to help develop Ruby HIll not pay off their existing debt and other liabiities. Either more dilution is coming or additional partners are required  That is why they announced the ATM.
