I wonder if she is a Trump supporter and wants to make it an even playing field before the election.
The Democrats and their special interest groups can no longer be trusted with this matter after 4 years of tardiness.
The winner of the election gets to cut the ribbon - hey lets give her the benefit of the doubt!


I don't think Milgram is a Trump supporter, but agree she doesn't want to delay either
