Dundee Resources Merger ?

Dundee Resources Merger ?
This subsidiary of Dundee Precious is responsible for the exploration and development of precious and base metals .
Dundee Precious finds and funds these endeavours.

The current rights funding of Maritime Resources will fund Dundee Precious the controlling shareholder
of Maritime .

Maritime is blessed with more advanced projects than it can explore and develop within funding limits which is why it is first focussed on bringing its HammerDown mine into production by late 2025.

It would seem to me that a merger of Maritime and Dundee Resources makes eminient economic and execution sense, expanding and accelerating the ability to develop more of Maritime's assets in shorter time frame including diversification of its revenue streams.

For example, Maritime has a world class talc deposit with extremely rare gold credits .
It cannot fund that development until the HD mine is up and running and even then , it's precious metals inventory might take precedence , as it has two gold mills.

Further, that would provide Dundee with a TSX listed subsidiary which it could stuff and fund with its own inventory of projects..
