Matthew Ridgway, BSc (Hons), MSc, MBA, MAIG
Chief Managing Geologist (CMG) and Qualified Person (QP)
Mr. Ridgway has been appointed as the Chief Managing Geologist and Qualified Person for the Company since July 2024 through his independent consulting company Hydra Consulting Pty Ltd with a track record of successful discovery and Mineral Resource inventory upgrade. He has over 25 years of expertise in the mineral resource industry, encompassing both open pit and underground production, spans all stages of exploration from project generation and initial exploration to advancing projects through scoping studies towards production, including but not limited to desktop studies, project evaluation and target generation, deposit re-interpretation and production guidance, fieldwork management and reporting. Mr. Ridgway was a District Geologist for Integra Mining from November 2010 to January 2013; a Senior Exploration Geologist at Aragon Resources from February 2010 to November 2010; and a Senior Exploration Geologist at Rubicon Resources from March 2008 to December 2008. Mr. Ridgway holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Geology from Curtin University of Technology and a MSc in Mineral Economics/MBA from WASM/Curtin Graduate School of Business. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG) and meets the requirements of a JORC Competent Person and a Qualified Person (QP) for the purposes of NI 43-101.
