Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. RE:RE:BhpTo illustrate. 8 ncu execs. r receiving up to over 8 million in incentive bonuses depending on how the sale goes. Probably, need 5 billion to max that bonus. That is on top of there regular pay. 

There job is to keep the mine and mill in good condition, with 70 of the best men working and training.
There 8 plus million has no cost. Pure profit. Moelis on the other hand has a huge cost people communicating with ncu management, courts and likely about a hundred interested parties with varying complicated bids.

If they get 5 billion, then they gross 100 million. Only 1 billion and they do the same time and cost for 20 million.

Would 10 billion ever be nice. With bhp in the mix, I just got happier:))
