About the law firm Holding CGX's AGM

About the law firm Holding CGX's AGM

Take your pick, 1, 2 or 3? But why go to the "go to company in mining" and not oil?

I assume there has to be a news release tomorrow after close or early Friday if any big news is coming out of this meeting.  My bet is #3 is why they picked F,M and D. But it would seem to me that the Chair of CGX and FEC would be the biggest target of any lawsuit since he has completely neglected his duties to protect the shareholders interest in both companies.

Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, located at 333 Bay Street, Suite 2400, Toronto, Ontario, specializes in several key areas of law:

  1. Mining: They are known as the go-to law firm for the mining industry, providing comprehensive services from exploration to closure1.
  2. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Fasken has a strong reputation in M&A strategy, handling significant transactions and providing expert advice1.
  3. Litigation: The firm is adept at managing complex litigation cases for leading businesses, achieving results both in and out of the courtroom1.
