RE:Why is Angelique's whole business just deliberate insecurityThe market got excited about the Osisko takeover which was another company burning through cash to prove up assets and only held 50% of their main deposit.  Granted Osisko through placements ended up with more cash than the $90 million debt they were running but a good example of what can happen in this market. Obviously debt/asset ratio is important but like Osisko with I-80 still being in the exploratory stage but slowly getting to grips with their deposits then don't be surprised if someone takes a run at them. Also much talk about production from 3 deposits but they only have to concentrate on one of them (Cove) to increase cash flow.  Also Osisko PEA considered both open pit and underground scenarios. Look at the final market cap of Osisko and compare with the current one of IAU !

I'd like to post more on this, especially the comparison between the two companies but on the road and time is of the essence. Be interesting to read comments, always good to discuss the merits of IAU or as some consider the downside. It's an open board as it should be.
