RE:TomorrowYes, NVDA earnings and guidance came out strong. Very thoughtful theory in terms of how it will impact the follow of capital across asset classes. Your logic is sound. That said, you truly never know these days. I agree, for the long-term benefit of the REIT, it would be good if price stays in this range to allow for buybacks as well as the fact it will provide Samir with the window he needs to be "oppertunistic". It truly feels like the winds have shifted and we are in a win/win situation with Artis at this level.
