the 43-101 problem...

the 43-101 problem...
A few years ago people wanted a 43-101 report. Shareholders upset with the low price know that a 43-101 would fix this problem. The company didn't want to do it but at the agm  they said yes they would do one. THEN next agm they changed mind and said they where not going to do it and it wasn't needed. Which made a few shareholders upset but they explained they didn't need it to make a deal...

Now the share price is low and they did a PP at a low price which wouldn't have happed if there was a 43-101. it doesn't freeze the findings. It's a living document so as they drill and get more results the 43-101 reflects the new drilling results as they come in.

Yes I want a 43-101..... But do you? If you REALLY want one. As a shareholder put it to a vote to all shareholders and make it a forced vote that  management can't say no too. YES Chuck can say no. But he doesn't have 50.1% so if enough say yes then they have to do it.

So make them put it to a vote. IF you really want it so bad. (and no I am not doing it for you I am busy)
