RE:RE:RE:RE:Around 400k$ cad from Crawford personal money on quiptThe issues here are beyond the DOJ.  Its the poor performance of the underlying business.  All the acquisitions, dilution and debt and this is what you have.  VMD is basically at the same revenue level and they haven't diluted shareholders once since IPO and have little to no debt.  what a difference!  and everyone can line the two up and see how inefficient and value destroying the M&A strategy is....yet on the call, the CEO is out there talking it up again.  makes zero sense.

Why did the CFO transfer 518.5 thousand options out?  I presume to sell them.
Are the lenders not allowing QIPT to do a share buyback?  Why announce it if you can't or won't do it?
Why is no one interest in acquiring QIPT at current prices?  Even mom n pops trade at higher multiples yet no one wants QIPT?
